Studio rules & policies
A clean, professional session starts with clear expectations. Read the rules before you book so everyone can create safely and efficiently.
The customer who booked the room is financially responsible for their guests. This includes damage, theft, overtime, cleaning, and any policy violation caused by anyone admitted by the booking customer.
Booking & Responsibility
Guest Financial Responsibility
The customer who booked the room is financially responsible for their guests. Any damage, theft, overtime, cleaning, or policy violations caused by anyone in your party will be charged to the card on file.
Maximum Room Occupancy
Each room has a posted maximum occupancy. Do not exceed it. Fire code and session quality both depend on keeping headcount within the posted limit.
Cancellations & Reschedules
A $50 deposit is required to hold your booking. Reschedules or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to keep the deposit. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals
Your block starts at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. Late arrivals do not extend your session and still count against your booked hours.
Overtime
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the room's hourly rate and must be approved in advance. If the room is booked after you, overtime may not be available.
Conduct & Safety
Smoking
No smoking, vaping, or open flames of any kind inside the building. Designated outdoor smoking areas must be used and butts disposed of properly.
Alcohol
Alcohol is not permitted without prior written approval. Intoxicated guests will be removed without refund.
Weapons
No weapons, prop weapons, or hazardous items are allowed on premises without explicit prior written consent.
Guest Behavior
Disrespectful, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior toward staff, equipment, or other guests will result in immediate removal without refund.
Music Volume
Keep volume at levels that protect hearing and the facility. Staff may ask you to lower levels at any time.
Equipment & Space
Damage
You are responsible for any damage to walls, floors, furniture, fixtures, or equipment caused by you or your guests. Repair and replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
Stolen Equipment
Do not remove Dis Li Spot equipment, cables, accessories, or furniture from the premises. Theft will be reported to law enforcement and billed at full replacement value.
Equipment Use
Use equipment only as intended. If you are unsure how to operate something, ask staff. Do not move, re-patch, or reconfigure gear without approval.
Cleaning Fees
Rooms must be left in the same condition they were found. Excessive trash, spills, confetti, glitter, or set debris may result in a cleaning fee starting at $75.
Vendors, Filming & Minors
Outside Engineers
Outside engineers are allowed only with prior approval and must sign in at the front desk. They must follow all house rules and are covered by the booking customer's responsibility.
Outside Photographers
Outside photographers and videographers must be approved before the session. They are guests of the booking customer and fall under the same responsibility terms.
Commercial Filming
Commercial filming, live streaming, and any monetized production require advance notice and may require an additional location agreement or insurance certificate.
Children / Minors
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The booking customer is responsible for the safety and behavior of any minors in their party.
